If you don’t receive an email in your inbox the morning of Tuesday, January 21st, try these quick troubleshooting tips:
1. Check your “Junk” or “Spam” folder, and Gmail users, please check your ‘Promotions’ folder (it could be hiding in there).
2. Check your spam filter settings to be sure that
support@endofmentalillness.com isn’t blocked. If it is blocked, please unblock our address.
Still can’t find it? Some webmail providers (specifically AOL, Yahoo, and Hotmail) deliver in small batches which can result in emails taking up to 24 hours to be delivered. Please contact us directly at
support@endofmentalillness.com and we’ll hand-deliver it straight to your inbox.
